Activities

You will get information about our activities and programs as night skiing toboggan, hiking, massages, live music, etc.at the reception or on the board.

 

Allergic subject

For allergic persons we have special pillows and beds in every room available. Obergurgl offers a very healthy and poll free climate.

 

Animals / pets

Kindly note that animals/pets are not allowed in our Hotel.

 

Arrival - departure

Check in: up from 2:00 pm
Check out: until 10:00 am

For special wishes please ask at the reception.

Bank

Cash machine: Erste Bank ATM, right on the village square next to the bakery and Raiffeisen bank is next to the church.

 

Bar

Our bar is open for you from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

 

BathrobeS

Please feel free to use our bathrobes during your stay. If you take the bath robe with you, we will charge Euro 50,00. 

 

Bill / Invoice / Payment

We kindly ask you to settle your invoice the evening before your departure until 9.00 pm or on your departure day up from 7 am at the Reception. We accept: Cash, Maestro, MasterCard and Visa.

 

Bills / Invoices for drinks

We ask you to check your invoices for drinks DAILY and be so kind to sign it. Invoices without signatures cannot be corrected afterwards. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7:30 am until 10:00 am.

Coffee machine

Enjoy your free coffee.

Dinner

Our Premium half board dinner starts at 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm in our restaurant. For more information see Mealtimes.

Fire alarm

Please find the description of the escape route on the inside of your room door. In case of any emergency please try to get out of the hotel as fast as possible and stay calm. In case of fire - do not use the elevator or car elevator.

Garage – Underground parking

We will park your car. You have a parking place available during your entire stay till your departure day until 10:00 am. In case if you wish to leave earlier before 8:00 am, kindly inform us the night before so that we can arrange your car outside of the garage already.

Hotel bar

Our hotel bar is open for you from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Joslkeller

The legendary bar in Obergurgl for old and young. The Josl Keller is open daily from 9:00 pm.

Key card - your room key

You need the key card to open the door of your room and for the electricity in the room as well as to open the ski and boot room next to the reception area.
In addition, your key will open the main entrance to the Hotel for the night entrance after 9:30 pm.
When leaving the hotel at night or for an early departure, please press the door opener on the left side of the entrance door.

Laundry

The laundry that you wish to have cleaned must be packed in the laundry bag that you will find in your room together with your order form. Hang the laundry bag outside your room door no later than 9 am, so that our housekeeping can collect it for cleaning. The cleaning usually takes 24 hours.

The prices for our laundry service can be found on the pricelist with your laundry bag.

 

Lunch Packages

If you leave before 7.30 am, please inform our service or reception staff about it the night before departure (no later than 8:00 pm), so that we can prepare for you a lunch package.

Magazines / newspapers

In order to use our digital magazine kiosk, you need to connect to our Wi-Fi. In your welcome wallet you will find the QR code to our digital kiosk.

Please scan this code with your phone so you will instantly reach our digital kiosk, where you can find the daily newspapers and a variety of magazines.

 

Massages

Massages take place on the 4th floor in our massage room.
You will receive more detailed information about our massage offers at the reception or in the envelope of our information folder.

Appointments can be booked at the reception.

Money and Valuables

Repairing

Please let us know any damages or deficiencies you might notice in your room or in another part of the hotel. Please use our Post-It sticker "BITTE REPARIERE MICH!". Thank you!


Room card / key card

Safe

You will find towels in the Sky Sphere. We kindly ask you to leave them there and to put them in the laundry basket.


Ski room and boots

The ski room is situated on the ground floor next to the reception. Your key card also opens the ski room from the outside door.

Sky Sphere

A special area for RELAXATION & CALMNESS on 4th and 5th floor of the hotel.

Sky Sphere (4th and 5th floor) opening hours: 8:00 am until 7:00 pm. Access only up from 16 years.

Smoking

All our rooms are NON-SMOKING rooms. Therefore, please only smoke outside the hotel. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the room. In case of failure, we will charge the costs for cleaning but at least Euro 300.00.

In our recommended sport shops you will find hiking boots, poles, ski rental, clothes etc. as following:

Toboggan Hochgurgl-Untergurgl 

Make the way for snow sledging -  that’s Hochgurgl in the winter season. A 3 kilometer winding toboggan run leads down from the mountain to the valley station of the Hochgurglbahn. The climb from Pill can be made easy and fast with the toboggan.
